Given the nature of our digital services, all purchases are final by default. A refund may only be considered within the conditions described below.

Eligibility for a Refund
A refund request may be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that the activation process has not yet commenced. Once you submit your credentials and our team begins the setup, evaluation, or funding process — or access is delivered in any form — the service is considered activated and no refund will be issued.

What "Activation" Means
Activation is considered to have started the moment any of the following occurs: you provide your prop firm account credentials, our team initiates trading activity on your behalf, access to a funded account is granted or shared, or any onboarding step is completed. After any of these events, the purchase is non-refundable under any circumstance.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be granted in any of the following cases: the 14-day window has passed, activation has already begun, the challenge was failed due to market conditions, the client changed their mind after service delivery, or the prop firm modified or revoked the account for reasons outside our control.
